• Our courses are designed for adult learners (18+). Young learners may be admitted after prior
consultation. Our courses have a maximum of 20 students.

• Name mentioned on this form will be printed on the Certificate. Replacement certificate will have
additional charges.

• The Terms and Conditions apply from the date of receiving signed registration form. Confirmation will be sent at the earliest on receiving registration form.

• Once the registration form is returned, the concerned person/company will be liable for payment for the agreed booking, in line with the *Cancellation Policy.

• By signing the registration form, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

• Transfers to another course can be considered only before the course day and after consultation with
your teacher and the Administrative Office.

Terms of Payment

• 100% of the fee to be paid on registration. Part payment applicable only for selected courses.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellations up to 3 weeks before the start of the course, the course fee is 100% refunded, minus an administrative fee and the course registration fees

• In case of cancellations up to 2 weeks before the start of the course, 70% of the course fee is refunded, minus an administrative fee and the course registration fees

• In case of cancellations up to 1 week before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee is refunded, minus an administrative fee and the course registration fees

• In case of cancellations up to 3 full working days prior to the start of the course, 25% of the course fee is refunded, minus an administrative fee and the course registration fees.

• Students should consider their personal commitments and circumstances before enrolment, as we regret
that no fees are refundable once the course has started.
