About This Course

Some make mistakes unknowingly and those can be trained but many individuals realize what they are doing is wrong and yet choosing to do so. According to Heinrich, 88% of accidents were caused by human unsafe behavior, 10% accidents were caused by unsafe psychical environment and only 2% accidents were attributed to unresisting factors. 75,000 industrial accidents were researched and results indicated that 98% accidents could be prevented and controlled within human ability.
