We are one of the leading health and safety training institutes in Kerala, India, specializing in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) trainings. Our institution is dedicated to promoting learners’ welfare and professional growth.

The organization was founded by Mr. Ayyappan Pillai, a former Health and Safety Manager at ARAMCO. He initially established the institute under the name CFPS in Mavelikkara, Alappuzha, where classes were conducted in a modest facility. Many of his early students successfully secured safety officer positions across various countries.

Over time, we evolved and rebranded as the Institution of Professional Studies and Welfare (IPSW). Today, we offer a range of accredited courses designed to deliver high-quality, practical training. Our primary focus remains on equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to build rewarding careers in health and safety.
